"Such friendly service checking in! Even asked if I preferred the first or second floor. Walking into our room, it was super clean and even smelled clean. Very spacious too. Comfy bed! The only downside was with all the guests, the floor made our kids feet black and we kept wiping them down. But it’s to be expected when you’re in a hotel room in a busy city! They can’t carpet clean every time. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, fruits, juices and you could make pancakes and a few other things. You’re just not allowed to take anything outside of the breakfast room. Friendly attendant overseeing the room too. The pool was refreshing and clean and warm. And it was nice to be able to pull up to our door and walk right in. Great stay. "

"Hotel is a bit outdated. Room appeared clean on arrival however housekeeping never came to service our room for 3 days. Had to request multiple times for clean towels. On 3rd day requested room service and they only fixed our beds (did not change linens) and gave us 2 towels. We had a reservation for 4 people. They didnt even leave toilet paper when it was visibly completely out. The room was never cleaned and until day 3, upon my request the rubbish was finally taken out. I will say the staff that did deliver our towels were very polite. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. Shuttle service was also a great accommodation. "
