"I was excited (and slightly nervous) to stay in a non-traditional (chain) hotel and it was be BEST decision I made in a while! The staff was beyond helpful! Our flights were extremely delayed and we were exhausted from our travel, they helped us with our luggage and walked us to our rooms so we didn't have to look or follow signs! They gave us our keys and waited while we tried them to make sure there was no problem there either! The beds were so comfortable I felt like I was melting away. The rooms were so clean I didn't wear my shoes the entire time, like I do in chain hotels. I love good water pressure in a shower and it was heavenly! If you are going to Leavenworth, you will not be disappointed in this hotel. It's truly the difference in a large conglomerate that doesn't care about the individual customer and a locally owned business that treats you like you are special. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because I don't want it to be completely booked the next time we go! :-) "

"Though it was an unexpected overnight stay due to flight issues, we were so impressed with this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and competent. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet was quite extensive, with many items portable for those in a rush. Airport shuttle included. Thank you for a seamless stay!"
