Chad was quick to respond with space heaters and getting the furnace running. Should probably verify the furnace before every winter rental start. Parking was very difficult - especially on Saturday nights when apparently outsiders come to Lawrenceville to Party and park in the neighborhood. Ended up damaging my rental...
