1. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $1,000+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

2. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 4, with a total cap of 7 people on the property at any time.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

4. Chore-Free Checkout
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.

5. No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 per 30 minutes.
