"Modern. Clean. Isolated but with amenities. Excellent front desk staff. Expensive. Initially, Wifi issue. Initially, room issue: one elevator, 45 rooms down the long hall to our first room. They happily changed it at our request. Delicious cocktails. Patrons going to the beautiful, outside rooftop bar had access to all guest floors."

"Clean comfortable room in a great location. Helpful staff. Free breakfast was good value for the money. Didn’t get to take advantage of the evening kick back but also a nice perk. "

"The staff went above and beyond for our stay and found my sons build a bear he lost by the fire place. We always come back here every spring break. "

"We loved our stay! The views are spectacular. I would have liked for the pool to be a little more heated. Not all of the pools were open though as we would have liked the adult pool. Overall, really enjoyed. The food at the Fortezza is top notch. Loved the unwind happy hour as well. We will be back for sure. "

"Probably the worst, most negative check in. Really wasn’t the way I expected our entrance to the hotel . Our tv didn’t work, and the fitness room didn’t have any towels or drinking cups. No way to wipe anything down. On a positive note, most of the staff was helpful and nice. Just one front desk person who was extremely negative, and very cranky. The breakfast was good. "
