"This my 3rd time staying here over the last 12 years. The location is great, right along the river. The hotel offers bicycles to use for free (management needs to get an air pump to properly service them) and we rode all over the city. I love that parking is simple, easy in and out at no cost. The rooms were recently redone and all the materials were nice.Staff was friendly and attentive. For the price, convenience, and comfort, you can't beat this spot. "

"The front desk ladies were helpful and kind. Danielle made our shuttle ride enjoyable. She was helpful My daughter and I enjoyed talking to her. Thank you to all the hardworking people from front desk to the gentleman working at the cafeteria to the Shuttle ladies. "

"Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo."
