"This was the second time we stayed here. The rooms are meticulously clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. We were able to take advantage of the free parking (first come, first served) all days except one but there was reasonable street parking half a block away. There is some construction out front of the hotel - the city is building a public square which will be great when open. I’d guess by spring 2026. The work started and finished at a reasonable time. But honestly all of Reykjavik seems to be under construction. It is a thriving city. "

And accommodate early check in and late check out, aside from being friendly and support whatever they can. I’ve already booked my stay again for my next visit to the city. It’s walking distance to many awesome boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants. "
