"The reception is in the hotel next door. It was not clear where to queue up for that. Only one key was provided (and when we asked for a second one, they deactivated the first one!). The room was quite dirty; when the cleaner came, they did not make the bed, or empty the bins. On request to empty the bin, half of it was emptied (no new bin bag was put in, though), and half of the contents were moved to another bin! There was no air-con, only a noisy fan. The window could not be opened more...

"Suitable for 1 person, might be tight for 2. Clean, near the metro. Would be nice if there was extra security on the inside as the only ‘lock’ is the key pad. "
