Although this was a beautiful property, I must say that I am disappointed in the owners service. A week prior to our stay on May 10, we called in as we realized that there was an issue in the booking through Expedia which we were booked for May 17-20, but only needed to stay May 17-19. I spoke with the owner of the property twice where he confirmed that he had changed the booking to May 17- May 19 and sent a request to Expedia for them to process a refund for the extra night since the payment is not recieved u too after our stay. When asked for a confirmation he said he wasn’t able to send one and that I could trust his word as he is the owner of the property. After our stay we did not receive a refund and contacted Expedia where they informed us that he was paid in full and when they tried contacting the property manager to process the refund he did not approve. If that was the case, and he was not willing to issue a refund, he should have said that from the beginning instead of misleading us that we would get a refund for the extra night. Dishonesty is not the way to run a business. We will never be visiting your establishment again, very disappointed in the service provided.
