"older facility was well maintained and upgraded over the years and quite presentable friendly smiling faces throughout the facility, very helpful at every turn.. this is a complete resort with pools gyms tennis gold facilities restaurants at the premises. dependable shuttle to the airport. some family restaurants nearby. room attendants were friendly smiling and efficient Very nice place would stay there again. would recommend it. Con. wish the airport was a little closer to Vancouver city, but the sky train will get you there from the airport. Not cheap, about $30.00 a day for 2 persons"

"Upon check-in I told the person how excited I was that we went driving over to Bouchard Gardens in Victoria. At no time did the person say “do you have reservations to get on the to put your car on to cross the water. We rented a car & drove to wherever you had to put your car on and we did not have a reservation and could not go to Victoria. It was a massive disappointment and all the guy needed to do upon check in was ask. (When we rented the car they also didn’t say anything.) The other thing was I could not easily get to the gym. There were lots of stairs. The breakfast delivered to room was quite sumptuous. We had a lovely time inconvenience of being at the airport and taking the train to Vancouver was a pleasure."

"Hôtel près du centre-ville, donc on peut planifier métro - aqua taxi - autobus - vélo et marche facilement. Lits confortables - propres, salle de bain petite mais propre. A bonifier: seulement le wifi qui était lent. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation."
