The place is very well kept staff are very helpful and they work very hard to keep the place clean crystal one of the employees is very helpful she will go beyond her work duties to make sure your needs are met and your satisfied she is very helpful I believe she is the best if not, one of the best woodspring has to offer.
Was good clean place for nights sleep. Very basic, 2pillows, no drapes, but did have full kitchen. Was clean, good parking-had gym-no pool. Great for us coming for concert. Value was best, great pricing
Cons: Didn't like the location, Didn't like the smell inside. The pillows and bed is horrible. The walls and floors to thin you hear everything.
Pros: Room was clean, I clean any where I stay anyway like the setup. The hotel doesn't offer anything but coffee and that was non existent on Sunday morning.
The TV is set to 30. We can't hear some channels well. Shades but, no curtains on the windows, so it's bright. Two pillows.
The place is good and clean. Coffee in the morning!
Upon check in, we waited over 15 min for staff to come back, just sign up saying will be back. Once in room killed 3 bugs in first minute, one on counter, one on desk and one on wall. Water in bathroom sink barely comes out, had to use sink in kitchen area. Refrigerator looked to have stains all over front door, lots of dust in corners and on ceiling. Beds were rather uncomfortable. Hotel was in a quiet area and air conditioner worked good. If in town again I will pay a little more and stay elsewhere,
All was good!
No kitchen ware.
Two small pillows.
No medium size towels.
No curtains on the window.
TV channels are good! Big microwave!
Clean! AC is good! Spacious room! The tub, shower and water is good! I will return to stay and recommend!
They have a kitchenette for Travelers wanting to eat in . Beautiful wood-looking tile throughout very hygienic and clean. Having said that the cookware cutlery plates etc are available for purchase. Toiletries and blow dryer have to requested not stocked in rooms. Breakfast not offered but close to restaurants. Quiet and tucked away from main road. Comfortable bed.
The Woodspring is fine for what it is, a relatively inexpensive place to stay. The place is clean, staff is OK, and rooms spartan, but functional. It is right near a very useful bus stop, with buses running directly to either downtown or the airport.

This hotel is an extended stay hotel, so I didn't expect high end luxury. Checking in was easy once we got to the counter (we had to wait for her to get clean towels for the person in front of us, which took a while).
There were no dishes or pots/pans to cook with or eat with. I assume I had to go ask for them, but since we didn't need them, we didn't bother.
The room was clean and updated, but the bed was not comfortable (as mentioned by others).
The clientele trashed the parking lot.
Would I stay again for one night?
Probably because the price was cheap and it wasn't really that far from the concert at ithink.
Would I stay extended?
Only if there were no other choices.
Not because of the hotel, but because the parking lot was full of people just hanging out like it was a street corner.

The amazing staff were the only redeeming quality of this hotel. There was trash all over the parking lot, including liquor bottles, pet waste, and food left rotting outside of the dumpster for days. The entire hotel reeked of smoke, even though it says it’s a smoke free property. It was obvious “residents” smoked in their rooms. There were people passed out from drug usage right up the street as well. It’s a shame because this looks like a fairly new hotel. They were having work done on the hotel and you could tell the workers were staying onsite. They were constantly outside smoking and drinking as well as partying in their rooms.
My boyfriend and I got a room here recently for one night and it will surely be the last. We got to the hotel late and we were excited to lay down, watch some TV and relax. The moment we tried using the TV, there was no signal and nothing was working to get even some basic channels. My phone also did not work to get the free WiFi and was giving me an error code, I called the front desk and was told I had to call a seperate number to fix the issues and there was nothing they could do. My boyfriend went downstairs to see if there was a chance of us moving rooms to have a functioning TV, as it was the one thing we wanted to utilize for the night. We were then told that the entire property was booked and there was no manager to talk to, so nothing could be done. I called the service number about the WiFi issue and was only able to get my phone resolved, but the TV still wouldn’t work at all without having an HDMI and a streaming device, which I of course didn’t pack for my one night out of town, because if there’s a nice flat screen TV in the room that doesn’t look to be damaged at all, it should work for at least a few basic channels like any other hotel I’ve stayed in. We then lay down and the bed feels like a pull-out couch and we each have one thin pillow. I was so disappointed to lay down in an uncomfortable bed at the end of the night and use my phone as a tiny TV screen, after paying $90 for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but thats the only good note.
