This property is an amazing piece of paradise tucked in a historic neighborhood, this one night stay was probably the best party of our vacation! Staff makes you feel like family the minute you walk through the door, and that pool, just heavenly! Thank you again we definitely will be back for a longer stay!

Came to town on business, and talked with Rebecca on all the details for the stay. Service was amazing. The room was extremely Clean, Comfortable, and just a wonderful place to stay! Rebecca was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions. I will definitely be staying here when I am back in town.

This place was so perfect for our trip!! The rooms were decorated so cute and the large shared kitchen did not disappoint! Coffee, nespresso, tea, breakfast pastries, full fridge for items too large for your fridge in room. It was open 24/7 and it all felt so private. Maggie was so friendly and helpful and assisted me with the washer/dryer. Everything was clean, inside and out. Street parking wasn’t a problem. The neighborhood was especially cute, well cared for and so serene for daily walks. The gorgeous park across the street had a great path to take in all the beauty. So close to anything and everything you could need. We will definitely return!

The Grandview Gardens was the best hotel on our 5-day trip to the Florida Keys. The hotel and grounds were very quaint, charming, and quiet. Nested within a lovely neighborhood, we felt safe. There was plenty of parking right in front of the Grandivew. We loved all the little details our room had (including the Godiva chocolates on our beds). Our room was very clean and offered a mini fridge and microwave. We took advantage of the heated pool, with beach towels being provided. I saw an assortment of sunscreen available, too, which I thought was a nice touch if needed. We felt safe walking to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The continental breakfast options were all we needed, as well as coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the main kitchen. We would definitely return.

We stayed for a weekend getaway & LOVED the property! It felt so private & secluded, yet within a 5-10min driving distance of everywhere you’d want to go. My daughter loved the pool & I loved the serenity of property. It was way more self-service than we’re used to since we typically stay in hotels, but we appreciated the comfort & beauty of the property. We’ll stay here anytime we come to West Palm Beach!!

First time at this property and so glad we found it for our vacation! The setup is very private and peaceful! It feels like an exotic getaway and the area is very serene with kind locals! We experienced a romantic vacation at this hotel in the historic part of Palm Beach. Our host, Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. She shared her extensive knowledge of the area and helped us plan the perfect vacation. The room was spotless and had a beautiful view of the pool. We felt so at home that we didn't want to leave. Fabulous beds great nights sleep and nice amenities/personal touches. Sadly sound proofing from room above was poor. Our porch had no lighting and the pool/pool area should have been cleaner. The main house is fabulous and the amenities offered make it very homely.

Very eclectic and inviting property centres around an old home that is remodeled and beautifully decorated. The manager, Rebecca , bent over backwards to make us feel at home and catered to our every need. The property is conveniently located with many great walkable dining options, only a few minutes drive from anywhere in WPB or Palm Beach. We can’t thank Rebecca enough for making our stay so worthwhile.
