"Front staff was great nice and friendly!"

"Positive : Bed was comfortable. One staff member was fine. Negative: Another staff member was rude and unhelpful when we asked for face cloths that were missing from our room. Floor was not clean; white socks did not stay white. Rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear the next door neighbour's every word. No elevator. So be prepared if you're on the second floor."

"We enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was great very helpful very friendly. The room was clean. I love the old-fashioned key entry. If anything the history of the building has been kept intact. I would recommend it to people and I will definitely be going back."

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. . The rooms in the back, are quiet but overlooks to houses. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy. The hotel is way over priced at over $300 a night. The location is really bad, there are a couple of restaurants that are not the best and there is nothing to see walking distance. When going to downtown you have to go thru a really bad area with sidewalks full of homeless and drugged/drunken people. I definitely would not recommend."
