"Staff was excellent"

"The elevator was broken. When we were told it was broken seemed like it had been broken for awhile. Our room was changed to the first floor as we didn’t want to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Our room was at the end of the building beside a very busy highway. We had loud traffic noise all night long. When we asked for recommendations for dinner we were told there was really nothing good in the area and had no suggestions. The room was clean. Breakfast was very basic."

"Pool looked like very dated and never used. Carpets could use a good cleaning"

"This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us. "

"The body wash dispenser was completely empty. I know it seems harsh to give a 1 star for that, but simple details like that should not be overlooked when you are paying $300 night. If I had stayed at the Red Roof Inn I would have had a bar of soap."
