Walt Disney World Resort in West Kissimmee

"The check in experience was great, room nice and clean. However, a sofa bed is advertised for the second bed in the room. There was no sheets, blankets or pillows left in any closet for that bed. We called for extras at 11pm for them to be brought to us. After 3 more additional calls we finally received them after 1am, and was treated like we were inconveniencing the staff by requesting them for our children to go to sleep. We also woke at 9:50 to no power in the room and am not sure how long the power was out for the food in the fridge to be good bc the room was hot when we woke up."
