The place is in a new estate but has not been kept in good condition. The cutlery was still in the dishwasher and not clean. A couple of window blind cords were broken. "It is the closest motel (15 min by car) to Oxley Creek Common, a world-class birdwatching locality. It is also a 6 min walk from a Woolworth supermarket, pharmacy, and various small restaurants. The room was big & clean, and everything worked, with microwave, refrigerator, water heating kettle, & complementary tea & coffee. There is a nice balcony running outside the rooms to sit out on. This is now my go-to place in Brisbane. Also, open parking garage under the rooms."
