"The whole stay was lovely the staff were fantastic and friendly and the pool is very nice and refreshing. The only issue we had was other users in the pool Teanage boys throwing a ball around and it hit my daughter and jumping in the pool when it clearly says dont. I have to take my glasses of when i swim so couldnt see the ball untill it is to late so was a little distressing. Still my girls loved it and the breakfast is lovely and alot to choose from which was fantastic. Wish we got to swim more but it was a lovely evening."

"The room was functional but the decor was worn and dated. It has been very warm and the windows left open there were dead flies around the window and a couple of small spiders on the ceiling which should have been cleaned away before we checked in."

"A overnight stay to Silverstone trax day . Previously a premier inn hotel which remains throughout the property. Same interior and furnishings . The rooms had no air conditioning but provided a fan which did not do much . We were in the ground floor , upstairs there was a lot of noise by other guests so bear this in mind. The restaurant was great , outside seating . Soft play and bread food and drink deals and one of the best carvery’s I have had. You get a discount on food as staying with the hotel. A carvery and a desert was £10 Breakfast was ok , a small table with continental breakfast - but ran out of things quickly and the toasters need replacing ! The hot breakfast was self serve . Overall a good stay . There is a holiday park right next door so does get busy."

"Check in at the hotel was far to slow it took 50 minutes and started the experience off on the wrong foot however the young girl was very polite but just needed help. Surely the management must realise at check-in time they are going to be flooded with guests arriving and it wouldn't take much to put a few added employees at the desk for that initial hour. Overall the hotel was good and had no other issues."
