"We had extended family members visit during Christmas and found this house to be charming and homey. We found everything needed and more for all ages from a high chair to nutcrackers! It’s not often our family can get together so it was fabulous to find a place that felt like home. Thank you for a magical holiday!!"

"I stayed here for a month and the Host responded promptly and was very accommodating. All appliances worked properly and kitchen/dining utensils were all in working condition. There were issues however with climate control, furniture quality, and water pressure. Upon arrival the switch next to the door did not work, so when feeling around, I very nearly touched an exposed outlet at light switch height. The climate control in both the living room and bedroom are two window mounted AC units and two heating units (radiators most likely). The heat is perpetually set to on, so you need to turn the AC on to counteract the heat. Additionally, both couches, were unstable and of lower quality (as were all of the tables apart from the coffee table). Additionally, while the bathroom was very clean, the shower pressure was very weak (I don't believe this would be the fault of the host however, rather the building manager). Overall, this is a good place to stay if you're looking for something for a few nights, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a week."

"This charming apartment was exactly as described and even better in person. I traveled solo to be near family for the weekend and the location couldn't have been any more perfect. Mark had everything possible there to make a comfortable home away from home. The house is just about a 4 minute walk to shopping and restaurants yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I did not cook meals in the adorable kitchen, but easily could have because everything in the way of utensils, dishes,, etc. was available. Mark even had a robe and slippers to use which was fantastic as I didn't bring any with me! The instructions were clear and easy to follow for the keypad entrance as well as parking on the property. I look forward to staying again and longer if available the next time I return to West Hartford. Mark is a wonderful host and this is a quality rental, no need to search any further! "
