10/10 Excellent

"The room we booked (the Villa I believe it was called) was just perfect us. Beautiful home, gorgeous setting by the creek, and staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly (thank you Sean!). While it is a little bit outside of downtown Sedona, it has everything you'd need, including a restaurant that we wish we had the chance to try. I also wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The view from the room was not great for red rocks. The room itself was basic needs an upgrade for sure. It was clean on the surface but you can tell they do not pay attention to details. The stand with amenities was full of dust and the tissue box was empty. Staff was helpful, grounds were peaceful, pool was mediocre could also use some new furniture. There was no vibe at the pool. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I came back. For the money the place was disappointing."

High Country Motor Lodge – Near NAU/Downtown

"The hotel is on a great looking plot of land, pushed up against the hills of Flagstaff. It also happens to be right next to a train track that has actual trains run on it throughout the night. If you can sleep through the noise, then you will probably like this hotel. But, too, this motor lodge (meaning the rooms are not enclosed by the building itself, but point out onto the inner grass and pool area, or to a parking lot on the other side) needs a serious upgrade on the rooms. They are old, old, old, with paint that tries to cover the age. The owners could spend a bit of money on the upgrade, and this lodge would be just fine, that is if you don't mind the trains."

"Overall a very good option in Sedona. A great central location. The property is older and some areas show it more than others. For the high nightly rates, I would expect some areas of this property to look and feel More elevated. This includes the interior hallways (very cheap looking), pool area (was ok), restaurant appearance inside also just ok. The room was fine overall, and clean. Again, it’s a decent hotel to stay at but expected more for what was paid (roughly $750/ night)"
