"The hotel is alright but everything"

"The room was fairly clean, but some parts of the floor was sticky when I arrived. When using the hot tub, quite a bit of debris came out of the jets. Overall, everything else was good"

"Check in services were exceptional. They were very welcoming and informative. We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not working. Room was very kept. I just wish the carpets would go. It seemed a bit outdated plus the fact that the don’t provide drinking water is a bit disappointing. Overall we make the time work. Location is prime for a getaway. "
