Great location. Sea view rooms overlook the town and harbour with wonderful views to the Abbey. The bar is lively and well run with plenty of staff. The breakfast is buffet style with lots of options and the restaurant room has nice decor.

Easy checkin, Then it all went wrong..coffee mug with lipstick on it in cupboard..carpets need a clean..dirty mouldy bedding..broken slats on both beds..dirty windows, covered in cobwebs and dead insects..incomplete first aid kit..no parking permit..no hand soap..no lock on toilet door.
