"Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known. The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water. Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc. Will go elsewhere next time. Great location though,"

"We were attending a graduation in Steubenville, and picked this hotel because closer hotels were all booked. Additionally, hotels in Steubenville itself are terrible. I was more than pleased with my stay here, and it was well worth the extra travel time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The grounds and room were clean and comfortable. The aquatic room was better than any other hotel we've encountered. Breakfast was good. I would absolutely stay here again. I recommend it to others."

"We chose the hotel for the price. As we only needed a quick one-night stay, the place was adequate with comfortable beds. However, we were a bit nervous after finding a dog tick between the sheets in one of the beds even though we never found any more"
