The gentleman who checked me in was absolutely friendly!! Unfortunately the bed I slept on was the worst hotel bed I ever slept on. Very bumpy.

We got a double queen suite and the couch was a decent pullout so we didn't end up having to share beds. The staff was all super nice and helpful, I dropped a photo booth picture strip with me and my step daughter and they made sure to get it back to me which meant so much. The breakfast was decent quality for a continental breakfast and I really appreciated that there were different flavors of waffle batter and both a full size and mini waffle maker.

The breakfast was good. The building had seen better days and the hallways smelled like old Mexican food. The room was fine, it was clean and well lit. There was no noise to speak of and the smell didn’t come into the room. The place was packed! The desk clerks were polite and helpful.

The property exceeded our expectations. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room had microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine. Bathroom had basic supplies. Free hot breakfast was very good. This place is a great value for the money.

Great place to stay. Clean and organized. Only couple things that is mentioned on pictures but not physically available is kitchenette. It is not available for anyone. Also the door at restroom doesnot close properly which is not good. But other than that everything was great and I will go back again for sure if I am visiting WV.

Hotel was quiet and the breakfast was good. Beds were pretty firm and the pillows were horrible. The room had a humid smell and the carpets felt wet but it seemed clean. There was not an elevator which would have been helpful to know.

I have to start with how impressed I was with this hotel. Usually this chain doesn't impress, but this hotel really did. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a nice indoor pool and spa, a hotel bar that opens around 6:30PM and a nice breakfast that closes a little early but it was good. The room I had was perfect for what I needed and the price was right!!!
