"While this is a brand new hotel there are a lot of kinks to be worked out. First, I booked a king and none were available so they gave me two queens. Then the hotel has a full kitchen, two burners large fridge kitchen sink, but they have NO dishes or cookware, they try to SELL you a $30 pack with one dish one cup one mug, etc. and there’s a cookware set for sale but I don’t recall what’s included or the price. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I’d buy dishes and stuff to cook with when there is a kitchen. The bed was comfy but Temu version sheets with no comforter. Lastly, I was told someone on staff thought I wanted to check out given my complaints and they booked my room. They were able to make arrangements for me to stay but not a pleasant call on the room phone at 10PM. Staff were nice and did what they could but the kinks are certainly being worked out still! It’s cheap and clean for sure, no issues with cleanliness."

"Check-in was a breeze and staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable and pillows didn't suck (which I find a lot of hotels and the worst pillows - they flatten out into nothing when you sleep). Shower was just okay, they were out of conditioner and the shelf wad broken, so it wouldn't hold my toiletries. In the grand scheme of things, it was all still okay for my business stay. Great location, easy walk to multiple restaurants. "

"Stayed for a few nights while exploring Pittsburgh with our 4 young children. The pool at the hotel was a highlight. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well. It was also cheaper than staying right downtown and provided plenty of parking, which we appreciated. Biggest downside was having to drive over the bridge and Fort Pitt tunnel to get to the hotel. No matter the time of day, we hit heavy traffic and traffic merges. There also wasn’t a lot of food options nearby for a quick dinner. We were able to order pizza one night, which helped. "

"Once you book the room trough expedia there is a list of communication in order to get the access to the property.. This should be advised once received expedia confirmation in order to expedite the process"

"Everything was great, just surprised there was not a coffee maker in the room. Not a problem, they have a 24 hour Starbucks, just a surprise."

"In the room, the air conditioner was loud and vibrated when it kicked on every time. In the parking lot, half the lights were out, which is a safety issue. And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care. "
