"I had a pleasant stay at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. A few small improvements could make the experience even better, but overall I was satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again. "This meant to be one of our highlight of our two weeks Canada’s road trip. We picked this hotel for its location and how this hotel market for relaxation and ambiance. It is on the higher end of the cost per night in the area. Staff was friendly but communication can definite be improve. We stayed two nights, there is building work started at 7am, we were put into a room facing the construction, we were not inform about this when we checked in. The night staff was kind, explain the history and show us around the hotel. I then spoke to reception staff in the morning and they said they will see what they can do. We got back to the hotel late that night, so we didn’t choose to move to the other building, but if we were informed by messages via hotel.com, we might have choose to go back to hotel earlier, to enjoy the hot hub and reset the experience. Most frustrating part probably is at check out, the same lady said the staff should have offered us breakfast, question did no one tell us that. The thing is if you weren’t given a choice is one thing but to be at check out to given another disappointment is annoying. The lady probably shouldn’t said anything. We dislike the over promise. The same lady said she will advise her manager that is currently on leave to write to me, I said let’s see, it’s a week on, still nothing. Another overpromise and under deliver. We expected more for the value we paid, this is constructive feedback. Thank you. "
