"We did not use amenities. Overall our stay was quite enjoyable. However, the fireplace did not work and couldn't be fixed. Also the sofa bed was not good to sleep on at all."

"Grandes chambres et emplacement très pratique. Par contre, l'âge du bâtiment paraît dans les installations comme l'ascenseur. Le pression de la douche était très basse et les téléviseurs mériteraient d'être mise à jour. Le déjeuner est inclus mais là qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous."

"The breakfast was awful. I booked this hotel because of the service I had at another sister hotel in Laval , where the breakfast was great. I booked a breakfast included hotel for convenience and budget. There was no breakfast… bread items only.. no fruit .. It should be advertised as a continental breakfast."
