"We stayed here for a nights rest on our way to Italy. It is a very convenient location right after coming off the ferry from Puttgarden. Nothing special, a bit worn out but convenient. The personnel were very helpful in making sure that checking in after hours would be as easy as possible. Very helpful staff. Overall a very simple, no frills place to get a good nights rest. Nothing more or less. "

"Clean and nice hotel in the outskirts of Luneburg. Very nice staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast staff baked the best gluten free bread I have had for me for breakfast! Highly recommended."

The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war. "
"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "
"Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Gäste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur für unter 20 jährige gut. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant"
