The beautiful North Norfolk Coast is also accessible directly from the property; you can walk down the owner’s driveway and join the coastal path at Stiffkey marshes. Unique place to stay!
Beautiful location; lovely view to wake up to & good to see horses on the field. Pub nearby was great & a lovely part of the country. Few issues in the pavilion but owners very helpful to sort them out asap!
Fabulous cricket pavilion conversion. Great views in a peaceful location. Very comfy bed, and powerful shower. Enjoyed watching and listening to the animals and birds. Fully recommend and next time I will pay extra for the hot tub.
Could be much better. TLC needed . Cleanliness could be better. Hot tub took way too long to warm up and was disappointing overall. However the location was good and the local pub good for food
Lovely little place in a peaceful area, the cricket pavilion has everything you could need for a short break - plus some thoughtful and welcome extras from the owner. Excellent Pub literally 5 mins walk away through the horse paddocks- their pies are delicious! Would definitely recommend the property and may well be back ourselves! Thank you :)

What a wonderful find!
I booked this as a surprise for my Husband Keith’s Birthday. He has always been a cricketer so this seemed a perfect choice for our weekend getaway.
Everything about our stay here was exemplary. We met Kirsty on arrival which was fab and she was very helpful with info on how to get across to the pub easily ( very important) and also gave us some history on Cricket at Warham and the annual Bank Holiday cricket match that takes place on the original square on the bank holiday.
The accommodation was just perfect for us and our two dachsies. Very well equipped and good shower. Plenty of hot water and heating easy to use if required. The bed was literally a dream, like sleeping on a cloud. The surroundings were stunning with our lovely neighbours the horses and far reaching views across the fields in all directions. We loved all the very tasteful cricket themed touches too. We cannot recommend this little pavilion highly enough!
