Small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £125.. Tucked away in the busting town of Wells-next-the-Sea, you won’t be disappointed with what the location of this semi-detached cottage has to offer. The property has parking facilities for two cars. You are within walking distance from multiple shops, restaurants, pubs, fish and chip shops and ice cream parlours. The famous sandy beach is only 1¼ miles away, with a seasonal mini train that takes you from the quayside to the beach. When you arrive to the beach you will notice a crazy golf course and more family fun activities. The harbour is practically on your doorstep, which offers sailing and crabbing.

    There’s a bus stop close to the cottage, which will transport you along the coast to many other coastal towns, perfect for families looking to explore Norfolk’s coastline.

    The village of Holkham is only 2 miles away and The Royal Sandringham Estate is only a 30-minute drive. The nearest city is Norwich which is 30 miles away, offering shopping centres, museums, a theatre and a football stadium. Beach 1¼ miles. Shop and pub 200 yards, restaurant 500 yards.
