Outside, there is off-road parking with additional parking on request, and a courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking in this property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and you can find a shop and pub within 0.3 miles and a beach within 1.5 miles. Jolly Sailors Loft is a great base in a lovely part of Norfolk. Please note: if booking a short break, this must fall between Friday-Friday and not cross over two weeks

Wells-next-the-Sea is a lively port town on Norfolk's north coast. Its sandy beach, colourful harbour, and pinewoods make it the perfect family beach getaway. The village is near Holkham National Nature Reserve and the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Local attractions include a historic harbour, the Buttlands town green, Holkham Hall, and the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway. Boutique shops, supermarkets, gastropubs, fine dining, delis, and traditional fish & chips are also available. The town lies near the Norfolk Coastal Path, Holkham village, Burnham Market, the Norfolk Broads, and Norwich city centre.
