"Had a studio apartment for two for just two nights. Accommodation very clean, with well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining seating and large comfortable bed. Sadly, the purpose of our trip was to attend a funeral, but would definitely return in happier circumstances. "

"Spacious and spotless room, no evening noise which is really important for us. Breakfast and evening meal were both delicious. You must book ahead for the evening meal as restaurant gets very busy and people were being turned away. "

The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. "We stayed in the cottage over Christmas week and had a wonderful time. The cottage was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations throughout which was a lovely touch, also a thoughtful welcome pack was provided. The house was very clean, modern and spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed. We went for walks around the fields and onto the marshes, the village is a short walk away and has a lovely little shop and delicious coffee and fresh pastries. Hot tub was great, so peaceful listening to the birds. Beautiful home in a lovely part of Norfolk. Thank you Patrick we had a great time. "
