At mealtimes, the modern kitchen inspires creative cooking with its exposed brick wall feature and traditional wooden flooring, whilst the dining table sits in an all-white area filled with natural light. Completing the ground floor is a bunk room with height-restricted beds and a quirky style, as well as an en-suite shower room. Up on the first floor, there are a further two bedrooms, including a beautiful king-size room with an overhead skylight for stargazing, and a tasteful twin, well suited to children. These rooms share the use of the family bathroom, with its blissful roll-top bathtub where you can fully unwind in the evenings. At the back of the property is a lovely garden with a patio area, garden furniture and a gravelled area.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are so many places to explore from your doorstep, with Wells Beach and the woodland less than a mile away. Head to Holkham Hall (2 miles) to explore the grounds which feature stunning cycling routes, walled gardens and plenty of activities for children too. Head into the Georgian town of Holt to explore the interesting architecture, independent shops and eclectic eateries of the area to enjoy a slower pace of life.
