"We were very surprised at the size of the unit and how well it was euipt. From the kitchen to the bathroom, we had everything we needed. One thing to add in the kitchen is Juice size glasses, and paper towels. We would have liked to have the indoor pool open a little later. All in all i would gie the place an excellant rating."

"We were in Wells for son’s wedding at Laudholm Farm. This was conveniently near by it was easy for us to go back and forth. As we had lived in Wells for years before finding our way around was easy. Only regret we didn’t have much time at the house. House was clean, plenty of parking and family friendly. Host very helpful."

"The Beach House Inn is a very nice property in a terrific location. We chose a lower priced room, so looked out onto the parking lot. Overall, our stay was great and we really enjoyed it. There were only two detractors and they're here for information; not to prevent anyone from choosing this property. It's an older building and the walls are quite thin. We were privy to the conversation of our next door neighbors (and they were just speaking to each other in a normal tone; not being loud). Also, although our bathroom had great water pressure and toiletries (love these), there was zero counter space. So the only place to put my clothes while I showered, my makeup, and my curling iron was the closed toilet seat. I know there's nothing they can do about the size of the bathrooms in these smaller rooms -- but no counter space is really inconvenient when trying to get ready for the day -- at least for me."

"Clean rooms; can't beat the price for a long holday weekend. No shampoo or hair dryer but not needed for a beach day! Very simple motel rooms, new owners have put sone money into infrastruture which is good for an old motel. Beds ok. Pool was great! Staff friendly and accommodating. Nice stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this house end of August! The backyard was amazing to spend time in the morning having a cup of coffee and enjoying a very quiet morning time hiding in the deep chair that even pool people don't notice you. The pool is awesome, our granddaughter spent hours in it. The house itself is very spacious and has everything one needs. Thank you to the owners! We loved the place and will recommend it to our friends and come back ourselves."

"Good little 2*property for short/long stay with everything you need. 2 comments for property -smokers smoking outside their room door (ashtrays provided) * smoke entering our window & door(not acceptable) Designated area should be outback grassy area awsy from rooms -# 114 needs blackout curtain due to night light outside door Comments for clients *use ear phones-pods users sitting outside their door facetiming or listening to their entertainment on there cell phones, more courtesy for others please As return clients, i would return if smoking policy modified with a designated smoking area *away from rooms like grassy backyard area (suggestion) thank you"
