"The B&B is a charming inn that was converted from an old Catholic Church. I was there for business but it is a block from a wonderful beach for those wanting sun and fun time in and by the water. The staff was exceptional. "

"We attended a wedding at the hotel from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and inviting. The grounds provided plenty of seating areas for sitting quietly or with family. Our grandson loved the children's club an unexpected bonus. Latitudes was a great place for lunch as was marketplace for coffee. Our room was excellently appointed. Loved that we could walk into town and avoid the traffic. Overall just a great place to stay."
"The view is stunning!! It has a really nice pool with comfy seats. The hotel itself is relaxing and quiet. There is a ton of history and it’s so interesting to read about it. The rooms look old-fashioned, but it’s part of the vibe. It was nice that they had coffee and muffins every morning, and you could go out on the big giant porch and just sit and relax and look at the ocean as you drink your coffee.

"We had a wonderful stay here in July. The location is great and the setting on the river is so peaceful. We had lots of space for our group of 6. The property is a short drive from both Kennebunk town and Kennebunkport shops, beaches and restaurants. "
"Park here, and you can walk all of central Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Really convenient location. The building isn’t new, but it is beautifully maintained and really clean. Comfortable beds, great shower in the bathroom, friendly staff. This will be the place we always stay when we return."
