"Quaint simple hotel with delightful bar and restaurant that served me when I arrived even though a power outage caused them to technically close the place temporarily. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and bathrooms are clean. My only complaint was the water was a little hazy looking so I had to go down the street to get some bottled water but probably could have just asked downstairs for some."

"The views from the coffee shop and bedroom were beautiful. The grassy area with table and swing set was great for getting children's energy out. The proximity to the recreation beach area was convenient. I would stay here again!"

"This is our favorite “go to” place whenever we visit Bridgeport. We love the huge grassy area with chairs and tables to enjoy the mornings or evenings. Rooms are always quiet and you can park right in front of your room. It is located close to shops and restaurants to walk to. Just love the old world style of the town and the hotel."

"This property is old but very well maintained. We stayed in the Motor Lodge portion of hotel this time and it was very quiet. The room was large, quiet, and the bed was comfortable in addition to the pillows."

"Fantastic historical hotel experience. If you’re into history and ghost towns, then the Bodie Hotel is a must stay. The staff/owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Bridgeport is a quaint, cute little town. Not much to do but what is available is so much fun! Loved the whole weekend!"

"I arrived and was greeted by a kind staff member. She went the extra mile for me to feel welcomed. The bed was comfy and the room was nicely laid out. The only downside was they were in the middle of switching tv providers during my stay so only had one night of tv. Not the end of the world but the rest of the experience was better than I expected."
