"Hotel and staff are really friendly ensuring that we had a great stay. Great location right near jungle beach, which the staff offer a free shuttle service to. The breakfast is really nice and the property overlooks great views of Galle lighthouse. PickMe offers cheap Tuk Tuks/taxis to unawatuna/ galle. Room was run down..biggest issue was that neither of the two showers drained properly. In fact, sewage came up and created an offensive odor. "We only stayed for one night however the hotel was lovely. Small boutique hotel right on the beach with lovely pool. You can access the beach and do snorkelling to see turtles and can walk up to the coconut trees. Approx 5 minutes in a tuk tuk to mirissa for a very small fare. Hotel staff went above and beyond for everything we needed. The WiFi worked however wasn’t strong enough in our room for us to fill in our visa for Malaysia so they put a router in our room! "Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. "Absolutely one of the best beach Villa locations we’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, clean, in the perfect location and has wonderful staff. They cater to your every need. Breakfast on the beach side is wonderful. The beach itself is so secluded, but yet you can walk along to the left and right to see the stunning views. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable with wonderful bedding. We stayed in the ocean signature suite, which has a large balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. So convenient to get to Marissa Beach or to Matara or in fact anywhere in a Tuk Tuk. We even took one to Galle Fort which was a fabulous experience. One of the hotel staff hooked us up with a Tuk Tuk Driver to figure out his daily rate. My only issue was that the hotel tried to change the cost of the taxi ride back to the airport which we had already arranged in advance. We also asked for a return taxi to a wedding 3 miles away and were quoted $50 which was obviously ridiculous. Just a little disappointing. Overall would highly recommend."
