"This was our second stay at the cottage while visiting family in the area. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and it was convenient to get groceries and takeout. The plus side of the home is that it is pet friendly. Mike, the host, was super responsive to our questions. We will certainly stay at the cottage again when we return to the area in the future."

"Very nicely remodeled modern ranch home in a great quite neighborhood. Big rooms with space to spread out and a wonderful deck on the back. New appliances and a spacious kitchen with large dining room table. Very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable except only had a sheet and a thin comforter. Had to go get a few more blankets for comfort. Coffee pot avail but bring your own coffee/sugar/creamer. Recommend you bring all food, spices, condiments. Dishes, silverware and pots and pans provided. Nice washer/dryer provided. Close and convenient to many amenities including grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Will likely rent again for our out of town Family. Recommend!"

"The house is located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was clean and instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to understand. The host responded to communications promptly. "

"The property was exactly as described and the pictures presented an actual view of the home. The host was responsive and we had no major problems or concerns. I do have a few suggestions that would have made the stay even more like home. 1. Improve the water pressure in the main showers. (Remove the pressure regulator or upgrade the shower head)2. Add a towel rack in the main bath. 3. Make the garage available. Otherwise everything was as expected. Great property and my family was very pleased. We make this trip annually and if available will plan to book this property for our next visit. Thanks "

"It was a next stay after a wedding. For some reason the communications weren’t coming in but that isn’t the hosts fault."

"The house was cute, cleanish, and a good location for us. We used to live in Marvin before we moved out of state and planned this get away to visit friends. Some issues we had were the front window was open and difficult to lock. The kitchen has 3 sinks which was interesting. When you hit the disposal on the main sink water would then shot out of the other sink. I won’t even speak of the smell when this happened!! The kitchen was not equipped fully. There was a trash bag of clothes in one of the bedroom closet with ugg slippers. Not sure if someone left it or was living in the house. A very uneasy experience. All in all expected a bit more for the area we were in. "
