"Hot tub jets didn’t work. Some sketchy guests. Other than that it was pretty good. Probably wouldn’t recommend to someone. It works fine if you are looking for a basic hotel to stay at."

"A friend got stuck in the center elevator twice on floor seven. The parking lot is FULL of pot holes. The rooms are outdated. I booked through Expedia for one price yet was charged another price, it was a little short of 13$ more than what I agreed to at booking, so watch your credit card statement after staying here."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My room was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY, I got bite by something, not sure maybe bed bugs or an insect, my family also got bite,WAS NOT PLEASED OBVIOUSLY, I contacted the front desk spoke with a gentle man, he was helpful for I had requested a room change! I spent 7 NIGHTS! @ this hotel! The bite got worst I got worried, I had taken pictures which I showed to the manager/supervisor, I also emailed the pictures, I also physically lifted my shirt and showed her the bite!! On my upper back!!!! Horrible experience, no one called or checked in, even when I was told they would do a follow up!! Having a clean healthy hotel with people who put emphasis on the cleaning is essential!! I understand mistakes happen, but they can be avoided!!! Unfortunately I would have booked twice at this establishment! I DO NOT INTEND TO EVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!! I would love the ability to black list a hotel which I so desire on the Expedia app!! That way I never see it when I’m trying to book a stay, i am actually still waiting on this hotel to reach out if they even will! Where is you're sympathy or if they even care!!! Imagine if this had happen to a child or a small baby etc !!!! "

"For the price, I have zero complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main issue with staff, which is really super minor, is that the cleaners didnt seem to have a list of who was checking out, when. They knocked every day for cleaning, instead of waiting until we checked out. But they were nice and it wasnt a big deal. Beds were comfortable, and the room was in good shape. The hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was silly, but at least they have something. And I love that they have coffee and hot cocoa available all day! I travel to Minneapolis several times a year. I'm glad I discovered this place, because I will definitely be returning!"

"Our first room was not clean. The second room we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes & she did her best & tried to clean, but missed the trash and the entire bathroom. Kia was a doll, and it was not her fault. We went to dinner so she could finish cleaning, and got back and decided to leave. She told us she was going to refund us because of the trouble. Staff was amazing, cleaning was not."

"Very nice place to stay, clean and quiet. Only problem was we smelled smoke during the night and found out the floor above us is a smoking floor."

"Enjoyed our stay! It is an older Hotel, but they have done a wonderful job maintaining the rooms and lobby… The beds in bed and were very comfortable as well! Highly recommend!"
