"The rooms are a little older, the old rugs were little hard on the allergies. The beds were in great shape, room was clean. We asked for extra pillows and towels, the staff responded fast and timely. I loved that we can send a text at anytime for any needs during our stay. Close to shops and restaurants. Convenient location "

"The maids knocked on the door (with do not disturb on the door handle) kept knocking and then after my husband said no thank you they proceeded to walk in. Stuff was stolen and the manger kicked us out the room for 3 hours claiming i had gotten a flyer saying they were doing pest control. Came back at first specified time and was then asked to wait an additional hour. Mind you we have a toddler, the two women who were at the front were rude, unapologetic and proceeded to gossip about us while...
