"Our family of 4 stayed here as a last hurrah for summer vacation. Our kids are 8 and 12. The kids loved paddle boarding, fishing, swimming and wading in the shallow clear water on the sandy shoreline. My husband and I enjoyed the tranquility of the lake overall. There are specific hours on the lake where tubing/skiing are allowed, so all other times the lake was calm. We caught panfish, perch and a couple bass. Having central air to retreat to was fantastic. "I enjoyed everything about my stay. The lake was perfect for paddleboarding and just lounging and swimming. The mornings are so peaceful and the fire pits outside the unit were so nice to have. Plenty of seating outside and the unit was well furnished, clean and surprisingly spacious. The owners are so friendly and helpful.
