"Excellent stay!!!! Staff exceptional in customer service. Would definitely stay again! Amenities are excellent. Very modern and upscale, excellent city view with nice wide windows with automatic shades. Bidet on toilets, everything modern in room. Very nice buffet breakfast, beautiful infinity pool. Game room for children was awesome. I love the indoor jacuzzi with the city view, also have a steam room. The hotel is inside the mall and access to BTS/MRT. Very convenient. Close to everything also there has to be like 50 different restaurants inside the mall so eating options were abundant. Walking distance to park is 8-10 mins. Would definitely stay again! "

"Everyone here is very friendly and service oriented. Great place for families. Breakfast is being done by another company but is well service by staff and management. Hot food items need to be hotter however. You can order fresh eggs made almost any style for fresh and hot 🔥 A variety of food to suit everyone in the family "

"Great location on Soi 11, close to Nana BTS skytrain, huge lobby & carpark area, good variety at the buffet breakfast, medium sized rooms in the Square Wing. It's quite old & worn but still in decent & clean condition. I'd stay here again."
