    Sleep 8 in this family-friendly 4BR, 3BA home in a gated community (Permit 221005) just minutes from Manresa State Beach. Wake to the sound of waves, enjoy ocean views from the upper patio, soak in the jetted tub, grill on the BBQ, and relax in comfort with hotel-quality beds and in-home washer/dryer.

    This is a very quiet, family neighborhood in a gated community. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.



    Getting Around:

    Manresa State Beach – About a 5‑minute drive from the property — perfect for beach walks, tide pooling, and sunset views.



    Nearest grocery store – Around a 10‑minute drive (options near Watsonville/Aptos).



    Capitola Village – Approximately a 15–20‑minute drive — charming seaside village with shops and dining.



    Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach – About a 20–25‑minute drive — classic amusement beach and wharf area.



    The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park – Roughly a 15–20‑minute drive — scenic redwood forest and hiking trails.



    The Mystery Spot – Around a 20–25‑minute drive — quirky gravity‑defying roadside attraction.



    Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park – Roughly a 20–25‑minute drive — old‑growth redwoods and nature walks.

    -The exterior garage keypad is temporarily out of service. To access and park in the garage, please enter the home through the front door and from the foyer, open the garage doors where you will find the interior wall-mounted openers on your right.

    - During your stay, you may see landscapers or maintenance staff as they take care of trash, landscaping, or routine property upkeep. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

    - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

    - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy, and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last-minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc.). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.



    **Booking Requirements**
