"This is a lovely little cottage. One bedroom, very loved hide a bed in the living area. It’s clean and well appointed, and best of all they allow us to have our golden retriever stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Just a short little drive. Our dog got to run off leash at the beach, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Manual’s Mexican restaurant, The price was very reasonable. We hope to be back."

"Quaint, charming, perhaps a little outdated and neglected (screens on door were ripped, had to get down on hands and knees to turn on old heater). So why did I rate it a 5? It was everything I wanted - an authentic 1920s cottage right on the creek, that wasn't charging an arm and a leg. The setting can't be beat! Would highly recommend!"

"We were visiting our daughter who attends UC Santa Cruz and wanted a place not too far from campus. This property was perfect! It was just 20 minutes from the college and wow is it gorgeous! The cottage is warm, welcoming and comfortable. The property is private and secluded, perfect for anyone who likes to spend time outdoors. This place is a true gem."

"Well appointed cottage in Seaside, less than a mile from beautiful urban walking trails & ocean/beach access. Easy drive to Monterey as well. Found tons of delicious local eateries too. Had some trouble accessing property upon arrival, perhaps because we were 30 minutes early or because our welcome email had the incorrect code. Instructions were a little unclear, you have to use the back door. Property management company answered promptly and we got an updated code very quickly. Minor feedback...

"The vineyard and grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the local cat is very friendly, and greeted us when we arrived. While the kitchenette was small, it was useful. There is no longer a toaster oven, as the photo shows, but instead a separate toaster and a microwave. The pots and pans are stainless, and adequate for reheating and light cooking. The location is great! It's just a few minutes from some nice shops in Aptos Village, and Nisene Marks State Park, where we hiked a couple times."
