"2nd time staying here. Both times were in their premium "panoramic suite" - We will not be back. This not even CLOSE to a "4-star" hotel. The first time we stayed was May 2022 - It was "okay". The reception was helpful. There was an issue with the front door to the building, and some of the cabinet doors were hanging off in the kitchen. Otherwise, ok. A bit overpriced, but ok. "Very clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is accessible to all the part of Antwerp that we wanted to visit.
