Wonderful hotel - clean, quiet and safe - located in the heart of old town and closed to all main attractions. The room has all necessary amenities . Coffee , tea maker and bottled water were a great plus. A lot of great restaurants are just in a few steps away. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Wonderful small hotel

CITYSTAY has eight or ten rooms in a quiet building in the historic district. I understand the rooms were remodeled in May 2019, which is consistent with the wonderful room we had. Our room was large, recently remodeled with quality, and had a great air conditioning system and mattress. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Located on the edge of the central historic district, with its winding cobblestone streets, Citystay was a bit difficult to find. Once there, however, we were in easy walking district of the main sites as well as the university district, opera area, and southern museums. The room/studio apartment was very large, sunny, comfortable, and perfectly outfitted with furniture and equipment. In fact it was a better hotel room than our follow-on room in Amsterdam, at one-third of the cost. Citystay is a bit of a walk from the tram stop but very good value.

Excellent property and great location. No onsite staff. If your cell phone is limited in Belgium it is difficult to get into the property as they text to entry code to you. Very nice and clean but no bodywash or shampoo was in the dispenser. Bring your own.

This place is so dirty. The amount of hair in the bed and comforter was ridiculous. The towel in the bathroom was so full of hair. I asked if the room had been cleaned, the guy was a jerk. I told him I would not sleep on the sheets. He said I could go down stairs and grab “clean” sheets or he would do it tomorrow. I had no problem grabbing clean sheets. The sheets were thrown in a large Landry hamper. NOT CLEAN!!! All he had to say was sorry for the dirty sheets and room. He was so rude and no accountability. I decided to leave that day and not stay there. He was nice enough??? To tell me he “didn’t need to deal with this and I could find somewhere else to stay and would refund my money. He only refunded part of the money

Een zeer schone en ruime appartement voor een gezin met jonge kinderen. Appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Alles was op loopafstand bereikbaar ( centrum, winkels, bezienswaardigheden). Parkeergarage om de hoek, ideaal om je bagage af te droppen. Host reageert direct op al je vragen, super attent en vriendelijk! Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie. Mocht je een verblijf zoeken in het hartje Antwerpen, zoek niet verder dit is het verblijfsadres waar je moet zijn!!

Alles geweldig! Vooral de bedden 😍😍😍! Ik heb in tijden niet zo lekker geslapen. Wij komen zeker terug! Om rekening mee te houden / te verbeteren: - parkeren! 31€ voor een dagkaart in de parkeergarage vlakbij is best erg veel geld en toch een stukje lopen. Als daar een betere oplossing voor is, houden we ons aanbevolen. - er is geen tv op de kamer (hoewel we het nu niet gemist hebben) - er is geen lift, wij hadden geen problemen met de trap, was ook maar 1 etage, maar voor anderen wel iets om rekening mee te houden

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Tobias is een geweldige gastheer, erg service gericht. De kamers zijn ontzettend ruim en sfeervol. De bedden liggen heerlijk! Op loopafstand kan de auto geparkeerd worden voor 6 euro per 24 uur. Gelijk om de hoek kan de auto geparkeerd worden voor 30 euro per 24 uur. Volgende keer reserveren we zeker weten de 4 persoonskamer, die zag er ook geweldig uit. Bedankt voor ons fijne verblijf!
