"Great price! Pool not open on Tuesday. Only one elevator working on Thursday. Long streak of rust in shower. Reported it to Coco. She came up to us next time she saw us and wanted to make sure we knew that it was being attended to. Said that Maintenance had to go to Home Depot to purchase a special tool.
