"Very nice hotel"

"My overall stay was good in that the staff was helpful, the room was clean and pleasant and the breakfast in the morning was nice with lots of options. The only problem was that I specifically picked this hotel because they had a pool. However, when I went into the pool area, the room temperature was colder than the lobby, which is not conducive for swimming. The temperature of the water was about 81 degrees, which would be good if the room temperature was warm, but not at the temperature it was. When I asked about this, they said it was because of the windows and they did not offer to raise the heat. I have swum in many hotel pools with lots of windows and that did not stop the room temperature from being warm enough to want to swim."

"The room was very comfortable. We checked in late and our toilet was broken. Someone came up immediately and realized it wasn't going to be fixed and quickly got us into a different room. We appreciated the quick response of the staff. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs. All staff very helpful and welcoming."

"Loved the property and room cleanliness. Continental breakfast was acceptable, nothing to rave about (as I had read in some reviews): coffee was lukewarm at the very opening of the breakfast room, fresh fruit choice was limited to apples, the waffle machine wasn’t working properly and it took forever to make one waffle. This being said, the staff was kind and I would return to this lovely hotel when I’m in the area."
