Excellent facility in an Eco tent. No TV fridge or air con. Heavy duty fan did the job. Stayed an extra night.

It was a budget friendly stay but there wasn't much bedding available in the cabin

We loved our stay at this very charming and unique property. The property is small and intimate with a lot of charm. It has a fascinating history and has been the home of a major figure of Broome’s history, Lord McAlpine after whom it is named. He is a major contributor to the development of Broome into the charming town it has become preserving its special historical character as a pearling center. The owner of the property is a lovely woman who engaged with us about the history of the property and Broome whose own family has a history with the pearling industry there. We strongly recommend a stay at the Pinctada McAlpine House.

The place was well located. Bus 20 minutes walking distance to most restaurants and Cable beach. Bus stop just outside the hotel yo go into town. As most people have mentioned the rooms are old and could do with a makeover. Be co prepared for the shower. It is beautiful but it is outside. We didn’t mind though. The staff at reception were all very nice and helpful.

Great location closexto town beach. Excellent pools, enjoyed having a room that opened up to the main pool.
