"It is nice to stay at a non-chain property. The decor is really charming, the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good for a freebie - especially the fruit. We enjoyed dinner at Basso one night. Bed is very comfortable and the shower was so excellent - I wish my shower at home was like it. Two things I would suggest - replace or cover the glass pane on the bathroom door so the light is not intrusive if someone uses it at night. Add a charging outlet to both sides of the bed (We only saw it on one side - maybe we missed it). Our stay was excellent - the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional."

"The hotel made a decision that there would simply be no housekeeping no matter how long your stay. The check in staff was extremely rude. The breakfast was mediocre. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable but it felt like this was probably once a decent hotel that has seen better days. Disappointing."

"Such a wonderful place. It's right by the Delmar loop, and by a neighbourhood park. It's a very quiet, peaceful street. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and the little front and back decks were fun to sit out on with a coffee and book. They had good games, a good coffee bar and comfy beds. The host was consistently quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again."

"Extremely disappointed with this stay.Before even beginning my stay, I was charged a deposit of 200 without being told about it. When I reached out to ask about it, it took the owner a considerable amount of time to respond and explain.When I arrived and was trying to locate the unit, there was no number on the door to tell me if it was the correct place. I just had to hope I was trying to enter the correct apartment.Upon entering the unit there was a huge pain of glass with paint on it laid on the couch. The table under the tv was broken and had one of the legs laying next to it. There were wall decorations sitting on the other couch. So if we wanted to use the living room, we would have had to move multiple things off of the couches in order to sit down.There was a broken lamp sitting in entrance to the hallway that I had to move to get to the bedroom as well.Only one of the lamps in the bedroom was functioning. The only positives were that the beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean."
