Perfect !
The apartment was as described. Everything was great. Great location within walking distance of many museums, monuments...This place was excellent for the 4 adults and 1 child . Plenty of space, full kitchen...So much better than 2 regular hotel rooms for just about the same price. We stayed 3 nights. Excellent communication. I would recommend Heaven on Washington without hesitation, especially for a family or group.

This was a great alternative to a typical hotel stay. We had our own 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. The apartment was very clean and within walking distance of the museums and monuments.

We took a chance on this property and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend. Location is superb, right on restaurant row in Penn Station, two blocks from National Mall; walking distance to anything and everything you might need. The building is very secure and parking is located under the building for a fraction of the cost parking at a hotel. The apartment was spacious and perfect for my family of 5. Having the apartment saved us so much money in food. We used the pool and gym and they were very nice. Book this not a hotel!

This is the PERFECT spot to see the best of DC. Everything is within walking distance, yet you are not in the middle of a busy street. The apartment is comfortable and has all the necessities for a weekend or week-long stay.

The location is great - near Smithsonian museums, public transportation, restaurants, CVS and more. The apartment has lots of big windows and light. We were disappointed that the carpets were in need of cleaning and there wasn't adequate bedding/sheets to make up the fold down couches for the kids. The refrigerator had an air freshener smell that was kind of overwhelming. Kitchen had adequate appliances and tools. Overall it was adequate but not at all extravagant. We reached out and did receive a quick reply, but ended up making due with what was available.

Ok- this place is beautiful and comfortable. 1 big problem- hotels.com shows a rooftop terrace and the unit we got (and we weren’t offered choices) did not have this terrace. That photo was part of what sold me on this place and it was not there. We got unit 349- which I may have purchased anyway as it was very nice, reasonably priced, and the communication was pretty straight forward for a VRBO type unit.

The place is filthy. Shards of glass on the floor. We were given a room where other guests hadn’t even checked out yet in the height of Covid-19 pandemic. The apartment has a stale smell. The entire building smells terrible. Pictures shown online are nothing like the actual place. Administration company charged loads of extra illegal fees. I tried several times to speak with them but no one got back to me. I left 4 days early for a hotel. No one ever got back to me or refunded my money.

Hi Lydia! Our process of sending check-in instructions to our guests is very simple and efficient. We do it by SMS and email. Sadly, you didn't read it and went to the wrong unit which was still being occupied by other guests. We could have rectified it had you just called us but you did not. Instead, you left after a day - May 26. Moreover, complaints like these would have been resolved if both parties would communicate - you did not do your part. Lastly, this would have been a learning experience had you just reported it in a timely manner. Doing it after 3 months seems useless.

Decent stay at a decent price in decent location
Great location near the Mall and all other touristy, downtown things to do. Quiet except for a fair number of ambulances and firetrucks in the area which are NOT the fault of the rental property! Nearest supermarket (Safeway) was a one mile walk, not too bad in nice weather. Decent restaurants nearby, a CVS around the corner...also a Starbucks. Service was generally good, but the information manual was a little confusing. NO INFO ON HOW TO OPERATE THE TV..took me half an hour of trial and error. Garbage chute info was not accurate. Maintenance came by twice to repair lights in both bathrooms; the work order had been submitted before I got there but twice I was interrupted without warning for maintenance. Furnishings are adequate but quite basic. Bedrooms have MINIMAL lighting, rest is ok. Drapes are not really blackout, hate to think of the early morning light pouring in from May to October. On the whole decent facilities for a decent price...base room rate is deceptive, watch out for two extra fees tacked on: cleaning fee of $115 and an administrative fee of similar amount. Staying in the East Tower but having most of the administrative functions far away in the West tower was cumbersome. Security desk person in East tower was mostly absent.

The room, the pool, and gardens were great. Trying to figure out how to get to your room is the hard part. It is two buildings spliced together. You get two floors for guest, the rest are residents. There are to sets of elevators that you have to negotiate to get where you want to. Only one goes to the parking lot below only after using the other elevator. It took us two days to figure out the maze. There are no maps. The shades could be worked on for less light filtering into you bedroom. Since we are from the west coast time. Great kitchen.

The location was exceptional for seeing sights, apartment worked well for my family group. Very nice building, friendly staff, great workout rooms, convenient parking garage, tv a little tricky, small problem with elevator, decks small but nice for fresh air, having laundry in room useful, kitchen well stocked, convenient having cvs store just out the door, could use updated couches in living room but otherwise loved the entire place and hope to stay again!!

The location was fantastic for exploring sites along the national mall, just a few blocks from mid-way along the mall. Wide variety of many highly rated restaurants nearby, in safe neighbourhood. Spacious with great bedding and beautiful bathrooms. The property was well equipped, but strangely lacking a few basics like salt and pepper, a kitchen drying towel, and coffee packets for the coffee maker. But there is complimentary coffee in the lobby and a Starbucks across the street.

Awesome stay at Washington DC 2 bdrm/2 bath!
Nice, secure and Great location! Just as pictured and just as described. You need key cards/fobs to go anywhere in building. Very secure. Close to CVS, Starbucks and great restaurants. Staff at front desks and parking garage very polite and helpful with our check in. Beds were so comfortable. So convenient that washer and dryer was in apartment. Washer was really loud though, so we avoided laundry at night. Nothing to really hold onto getting out of high walled tub in master bathroom. Just had to be really careful. We booked on hotels.com but got charged 8-10% higher to pay with my credit card and some sort of rental fee % was added on as well. Despite that, would stay again! But those fees should be disclosed.

Heart of DC only an 8 Min Walk to National Mall
The location can't be beat. 3 blocks from the Mall, and lots of restaurants in the area. The apartment we got, 1102, could use some work. There are stains on the carpet, scuffs on all the baseboards and walls, and the furniture is getting a little worn. Other than that, the place was awesome, and the building is great. Has a cute courtyard that is getting renovated, so the lights are not on, so at night it was a little dark for the dogs.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this wonderful location. Property was well maintained, however, it would have been great if we had more towels and shower doors were cleaned (looked as though some mold was on it). 1 hour delay in checking in (arrival for 3 pm check in, but apartment not ready until close to 4 pm).

We were so lucky to find this place! First of all, the communication with this company was stellar. They sent me several emails prior to arrival, throughout our stay, and after we left. They replied promptly to any questions I had. Fabulous customer service. Secondly, the property itself was spectacular. Indoor area to take the dog, tons of space in the condo. Check in was so easy and parking on site is only $15 a night (some area hotels charge $50 or more...) And lastly, location! I have visited DC more than a dozen times and this was, by far, the best location! Walking distance to everything- the National mall and it’s museums, the White House, Chinatown, etc. plus there are several metro stops right there! And this is one of the best areas for restaurants and shopping. This condo has it all.
